  1. Chant the mantra “SRI RAM JAYA RAM JAYA JAYA RAM” any number of times.
  2. Along with that, you can chant the Chinese mantra, “SAHN SAHN JO LEW BA YOW WU” 500 TIMES keeping the hand on the centre of the collar-bone.
  3. Then repeat it 500 times keeping both the hands on kidneys (behind the belly button).

Explanation
