Pass motion
The Chin Mudra activates the Apanan.
One has to pass motion in the morning otherwise they will feel uncomfortable. He will do all sorts of tricks like dancing, drinking one liter of water, doing this and that to pass motion.
Be in this Mudra, chant “JO”.
Feeling lethargic
Normally, after waking up, we have the habit of lying in the bed for some time and not getting up – may be want to have a bed-coffee. At that time, be in this Mudra and chant, “MOVE ON”.
Whoever has worked in front of the computer for the last 24 hours, whoever is lethargic and not doing anything, they need to be in this Mudra and chant, “MOVE ON”.
Wisdom Within
This is a good Mudra for meditation also.
When your mind is not relaxed, start with this Mudra and automatically all the unwanted thoughts that is clogging the mind will go off. That is why this Mudra is called as Chin Mudra or Gyan Mudra.
There is nothing Gyan or wisdom as it is. There is no wisdom available (outside). The Mudra will remove the Agyanam (ignorance) in us. Then wisdom will come automatically.
Whenever unwanted thoughts come to you, be in this Mudra and they will get released.

My son came from office very tired and exhausted. He got fever and took one Crocin. I told him to chant “OM HOWM VUM JOOM SAHA” and I kept that mantra under his pillow.
Fever came down. Yesterday in spite of me telling not to go to office he went. Today morning i.e. 8th Aug. We came to know he got chicken pox.
Pls tell me what mantra to chant now for his recovery and his restlessness because he had to take leave from his office for 10/ 15 days. It is his new job. 5 months only over and it is probation period. He is the only earning member of the house.

Continue to chant the mantra “OM HOWM VUM JOOM SAHA”
Write “HEPAR SULPH GUN POWDER SILICEA” in a paper and keep it under the pillow.
Cut one onion and keep it open in a vessel. Daily in the evening, throw this out in garbage. Have one more cut onion in the night. Throw it out in the morning.

My son got very good co-operation from his immediate boss, who sanctioned leave, allowing him to take maximum rest (about 15 days) and that too without submitting leave letter.
Explanation
